Where to Eat on Thanksgiving Day in New York City
Both the High Line and Tribeca locations of Bubby’s are serving a holiday menu that will include deviled eggs, Parker House rolls, candied sweet potatoes, and glazed ham with pineapple. The menu is $75 ($55 for children under 10), and it's available from noon until 9 p.m. Bubby’s pies are also available for pick-up and are $45 each.
Balthazar serves a turkey entree special for $39 in addition to its regular menu. It comes with light and dark meat, stuffing, sweet potato puree, and cranberry sauce. Guests can also choose a $72 three-course prix fixe. Keith McNally's restaurant has an especially great vibe around the holidays.

Guests pick their own first courses, with options like steak tartare, lobster chowder, pumpkin ravioli, oysters, and a fall salad. The dessert menu has pumpkin doughnuts, apple pie, pecan pie, and devil's food cake. The menu is $115 per person, and $55 for children 12 and under.
5 The Little Owl
Executive chef Joey Campanaro will be serving a three-course prix fixe menu featuring Italian wedding soup, gravy meatball sliders, roast turkey, lasagna, and sweet potatoes in brown sugar and ginger. The menu is $95 per person.
6 Sant Ambroeus West Village
The West Village outpost of this popular Italian cafe will be open Thanksgiving Day from 7:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Alongside the daily a la carte menu will be options like butternut squash soup, veal agnolotti with mushrooms, and turkey breast filled with sausage. For dessert there will be an apple strudel.
The vegetarian Thanksgiving menu at Nix has sunchoke ravioli, butternut squash soup, and a Thanksgiving pot pie with cauliflower, carrots, rutabaga and bechamel. 8 Gotham Bar and Grill
At Gotham Bar & Grill, the Thanksgiving menu is $145 for four courses. Second course options (the first is a squash soup) include mushroom risotto, tuna tartare, and short rib rigatoni. For their main course, guests can pick between turkey, lamb, branzino, and lobster. Reservations are available between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m.
This cozy West Village restaurant is offering a four-course Thanksgiving dinner for $75 per person. Appetizer options include an “autumn harvest salad,” squash gnocchi, and savory pecorino cookies. The main course is a traditional Thanksgiving dinner that comes with turkey breast, fennel sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Danny Meyer's Italian restaurant in the Gramercy Park Hotel is serving two $115 menus on Thanksgiving. Daniel Humm and Will Guidara’s hotel restaurant is offering a $145 prix fixe on Thanksgiving, with family-style sides. First course options include roasted sunchoke, foie gras with beef carpaccio, and a radicchio salad. White truffle tagliatelle will also be available as a first-course for a $35 supplement. For a main course, guests can choose either turkey, beef, or cod. The Nomad's nearby sister establishment Eleven Madison Park is offering a four-course prix fixe for $245, with options like roasted turkey, slow-cooked lobster, chicken velouté, and scallops with sea urchin. Reservations for both can be made online and over the phone.
13 db Bistro Moderne
The Thanksgiving menu at Daniel Boulud’s Midtown bistro includes pumpkin risotto, squash soup, venison loin, and short rib. The restaurant’s short rib burger is also available for a $10 supplement. The menu is $75 per person and available starting at noon. Elsewhere in the Boulud empire, Bar Boulud is serving a $70, three-course menu from 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Entree options here include trout, duck breast, turkey, and steak.
14 The Polo Bar
Ralph Lauren’s New York restaurant is offering its a la carte menu, plus a winter squash and vegetable salad, roasted turkey, pork sausage stuffing, and maple-bacon Brussels sprouts. For dessert there is pumpkin pie and a pumpkin ice cream sundae. The Polo Bar will open at 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving, and the last seating will be at 7 p.m.
15 Indian Accent
Chef Manish Mehrotra is serving a multi-course prix fixe menu that comes with roasted sweet potato chaat, paneer-stuffed roast turkey, cumin maple potatoes, and rutabaga with kashmir korma. The menu is $95 per person. Indian Accent will be open from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.
This Mediterranean restaurant on the Upper West Side has put together a three course holiday menu for $65. Options include a caviar or truffle amuse bouche, venison loin with spaetzle, and spiced pumpkin mousse for dessert. The menu will be available from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Both the Hudson and Broadway locations of Red Farm will be open Thanksgiving Day starting at 3 p.m. The restaurants will offer their regular a la carte menu, plus a few Thanksgiving dishes including chef Joe Ng’s Peking turkey. The team is also taking pre-orders for a $98 feast that includes a whole turkey (8-10 lbs), tempura sweet potato, and homemade pancakes. It’s available for pick-up on November 24 after 2 p.m.
Glasserie is serving a special, non-turkey Thanksgiving feast. The family-style menu includes grilled rabbit, a selection of "autumn mezze," cheese flatbread, and a squash and parsnip stew. 20 French Louie
This Cobble Hill restaurant and its sister establishment Buttermilk Channel are offering a $75 three-course menu. At French Louie, options include cauliflower soup, an autumn salad, or mussels as your first course. Turkey with gravy is available at both restaurants as an entree. Fifteen percent of food sales will be donated to Neighbors Together, a Brooklyn organization against hunger and poverty.
21 Prime Meats
Prime Meats is serving a three-course Thanksgiving prix fixe menu that comes with the works: Your thanksgiving bird is served with mashed potatoes, pretzel and biscuit stuffing, roasted squash, Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, and gravy. The meal starts with wild mushroom soup or a fall salad. The menu is $57 and available starting at 12 p.m.
