Season 4 of the Emmy-winning competition series premiered on Jan. 8, 2026.
"It's literally called 'The Traitors.' It is to lie, to deceive, to play the game and I was really looking forward to that. And I felt like I was really good at it. And I really enjoyed the show as a whole," he says. "But I also understand this was a lot of people's first time meeting me … or this was their first time seeing me since they met me on 'The Bachelor.' And a lot of life has happened for me over those five or six years."
