Actor, comedian, and viral sensation Gianmarco Soresi set to release of his first full-length comedy special, Thief of Joy, premiering September 19 on his YouTube channel where he has over 1.1 Million subscribers.
Thief of Joy blends Gianmarco’s signature theatrical flair with deeply personal storytelling. Drawing from his life as a theate kid turned theate major, he weaves together intimate anecdotes about his relationship, career, and his parents’ divorce, all delivered in the animated style the New York Times called “silkily feline physicality and frenetic gesticulation.”
Co-produced by Gianmarco’s manager Tovah Silbermann and Matt Schuler, the special was filmed in Los Angeles at the Elysian Theatre over four sold-out shows in February 2025.
