Discover the New Andrew Mitch EP

Singer-songwriter and rising country artist Andrew Mitch invites listeners into a more vulnerable space with the release of his new EP, “the reimagined sessions," available everywhere July 11. The five-track project offers stripped-down, atmospheric versions of songs from his debut album, giving fans a chance to hear the stories in their rawest, most intimate form.

Led by the reimagined take on his single, “back home boy,” the EP trades full band arrangements for a minimal soundscape featuring piano, dobro, cellos and Mitch’s unmistakable vocals. "I've always loved hearing songs the way they start in the writer’s room, with just a voice and an instrument," Andrew shares. "This project was about giving these songs space to breathe and letting the emotions lead."

“the reimagined sessions” marks a turning point for Andrew, hinting at the more introspective direction his music is heading. The EP also includes fan favorites “wish it was you,” “unapologetic,” “cowboys and lonely crowns” and “thank God,” all reinterpreted with a more spacious, acoustic-driven aesthetic. “As my songwriting begins to evolve lyrically and sonically, I wanted to give listeners the opportunity to hear this era of my music from a more vulnerable perspective,” he says.

Andrew Mitch’s work has resonated with audiences who crave honest storytelling, especially within the queer country space. His music has been featured by CMA, CMT, Music Row, GLAAD, Pride, Queerty and Instinct Magazine. Andrew continues to build momentum with performances across Nashville and Pride festival appearances around the country.
