Tommy Hilfiger S/S 2027: Prep, Reimagined

Tommy Hilfiger’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, “Plaza Prep,” brings American sportswear back into focus with a distinctly New York attitude. Staged at The Plaza Hotel, the collection revisits Hilfiger’s signature vocabulary—rugby shirts, polos, Oxford shirting, tailoring and Americana—while giving each piece a more relaxed, oversized silhouette.

The familiar red, white and navy palette is energized with flashes of yellow and electric green, while slouchier proportions and layered styling keep the collection from feeling overly nostalgic. Rather than simply revisiting the ’90s, Hilfiger reshapes its influence for a younger generation.

There is a confident tension between classic prep and downtown cool, making the collection both commercially appealing and culturally relevant. Hilfiger isn’t reinventing prep; he is loosening it, modernizing it and making it feel desirable again.
