SYNOPSIS: Via Negativa follows Dan, a young priest who abandons his diocese after the death of his childhood friend, Paul. Cast out for his quiet insubordination and burdened by a letter Paul left behind, Dan sets off on a restless pilgrimage across America. When he accidentally hits a coyote, Dan takes the animal in, an act of instinctive mercy that becomes an unlikely companionship. As he drifts through small towns and open country, a strange procession of encounters begins to unfold: moments of confession, temptation, and unexpected grace that blur the line between the sacred and the absurd. But beneath the wandering and uneasy humor of the journey lies the question Dan has been trying to outrun. As the road leads him closer to Bruno, the priest who once abused Paul, Dan must finally confront his faith, his complicity, and what it might mean to seek redemption in a world that offers no easy absolution
