This was my very first event covering the VegFood Fest in New York City you can visit the website at https://www.nycvegfoodfest.com
I have to say this is good for Vegan and Vegetarians who are into educating themselves on wellness and therapy some food tasting. I think the panels are more plentiful than the food vendor selection.
I did find amazing new small businesses such as Jonathan Spouts. This has the first every toner, aloe gel, eye cream, serum, handmade soaps and other fine products made with sprouts. Smells so great I just wanted it all.
okay with the bad for media
Well, this was very interesting for me as the media. I am really used to a different set up for checking in. I found myself having to explain over and over again who I am without any type of Press badges giving out at this event. I would say they should create a press badge for future media.
Now back to the Good
As far as Food I loved I enjoyed the VSPOT and Vitaleatsnyc as seen in our Instagram post. The Jerky was fresh and the avocado fries were a surprise.
Very Knowledgeable vendors like fresh & co and VRY www.vryeveryday.com had great conversations about mood balancing and plant-based benefits.
I feel this is worth a stop by if you live here for sure.
