Can you walk us through a typical day in your life? How do you balance your fitness routine, content creation, and personal time?

I really try and go to the gym first thing in the morning so I can get it out of the way. It helps me start my day off right, gets me in the right headspace and everything else kinda seems to fall into place nicely after that. My brain is on fire after the gym, and I feel super creative at that time. So, I'll create content when the ideas are fluid. And yes, I do try to find personal time where I just disconnect. It's not always easy. I rarely get a true down day, but then again I am ok with that.

What's your approach to fitness, and how do you keep your workouts engaging for both yourself and your followers?

My goal is to be in the best health/shape possible. This is more of a self-goal for me. Posting often when I'm at the gym is something I try to adhere to, and I will share content about some of the workouts that I do. To be honest, I should probably post more when I am at the gym but I try to be respectful of other people who are there at the same time. I have been known to hit the gym in the middle of the night… and this works out great as I often have the place to myself.

You've partnered with various brands; what are your go-to pieces of everyday activewear that combine style and functionality?

Well, when it comes to gym wear I'm not very picky. I have a few different color variations for this one Under Armour shirt that I like and so I usually just grab one of those and wear a nice pair of baggy sweat pants. I definitely place an emphasis on just being comfortable.

Motivation can fluctuate; what strategies do you use to stay motivated in both fitness and content creation, especially on tough days?

For the gym the main motivation is just me. I can see in the mirror when I have been slacking vs. when I've been putting in the work. So, even on the tough days I know I must go… and on the days that I don't make it in I am still careful about eating healthy and going for a long walk. Guilt will get the better of me. When it comes to content creation it's a little different because I can't just dump content out there. If I truly can’t come up with any content ideas and I just force myself to make something then I know it will look forced and sloppy. I really want to be as authentic and natural as possible and so I never try to force something. I also never want content creation to truly feel like a job, and I worry about that.

You have a knack for relatable content. What inspires your ideas, and how do you ensure they resonate with your audience?

Inspiration can come from all sorts of places, and from the people around me. But, to stay relatable I have focussed on staying authentic. I have been creating content for so many years, so of course it can be a challenge to come up with new content. But this is a challenge that I have always embraced. I truly do enjoy this part of being a content creator. Inspiration can simply come from my mood in that moment, or from a conversation with a friend. Sometimes I will draw inspiration or motivation from other online content, but then I always ensure that as much of my content as possible is authentic. Spontaneity is best I always try and stay relatable with my content, and I post my true emotions and feelings.. this resonates well.

How has your personal style evolved since you began your journey on social media, and what role does fitness play in that evolution?

My personal style has evolved tremendously over the years as I was still in Grade 7 when I started down the path of content creation. Oh those good old days of Musical.ly Of course I have grown and matured and some of my interests have changed. But, I don't think I have changed in ways that are not part of one's natural evolution. Fitness plays a huge part in my life now as I understand that it not only benefits my physical health but also my mental health. as I have growing up in the world of social media and content creation, and have learned the importance of being mentally healthy.

You've built a substantial following. How do you engage with your community, and why is it important for you to maintain that connection?

I try to stay active on multiple platforms and post on different platforms at different times of the day. And, delivering content on a consistent basis is important. I really feel like I know my audience and have a bond with my supporters. I have had this authentic connection from the start. I engage, I answer questions, and I livestream as much as my day will allow. I like to give my audience the opportunity to engage with me as much as I can.

Can you share a bit about your experience collaborating with brands like BoohooMan? How do you choose partnerships that align with your values?

I always try to have some sort of emotional connection with a brand that I partner with. If it is clothing then I want to be sure that their style matches mine, and of course style and comfort count for something. Outside of clothing I just ensure that the company values align with mine in the best way possible. In order to maintain my honesty, integrity and connection with my audience then I must be sure to choose the right brands to align with. It can't be just about making money.

What advice would you give to someone looking to improve their fitness routine and style simultaneously?

Focus and commitment. I know that everyone says this, but that is because it is true. The more you focus on your health the more it becomes a part of who you are. Then it just all flows naturally. It feels weird to not go to the gym. When it comes to style, some of it is just organic and what you are drawn to. But it helps to listen to input from those you trust. Ask for feedback and advice, and accept that it isn't always what you want to hear.

As you continue to grow your brand, what are some goals or projects you're excited about in the coming year?

It's no secret that I would love to land a role on a reality show, so I am always working with my management team to follow all avenues. I'd also like to partner with a gym brand and some health and body products.
