Everything You Need to Know About the NYCC-Inspired Yellowjackets Afterparty

On October 8, you’re invited to join New York Comic Con and SHOWTIME for a Doomcoming celebration. ReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, and SHOWTIME today announced the official New York Comic Con PART afterparty, a Yellowjackets-themed Doomcoming celebration to be held at the Javits Center on Saturday, October 8 from 8-11pm.

Inspired by the acclaimed series Yellowjackets, the aptly renamed party invites fans to step deep into the woods to mix, mingle, and dance like only the trees are watching. Party like there’s no tomorrow... because in the wilderness, there might not be. The party is 21+ and open exclusively to NYCC ticket holders.

Open to a limited number of fans, tickets for the party are first come, first serve and all attendees must pre-register in advance. Fans can register and find more information at

Created by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson (Narcos), YELLOWJACKETS stars Emmy® nominee and Critics Choice Award winner Melanie Lynskey (Castle Rock), Oscar® and Emmy® nominee Juliette Lewis (Camping), Emmy® nominee Christina Ricci (Z: The Beginning of Everything) and Tawny Cypress (Unforgettable). Equal parts survival epic, psychological horror story and coming-of-age drama, YELLOWJACKETS is the saga of a team of wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness. The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over.

NYCC takes place on October 6-9, 2022 at the Javits Center in NYC with a must-see slate of special guests, panelists, exhibitors, artists, and more. Tickets are now on sale to the general public for New York Comic Con 2022. Fans can sign up for fan verification prior to purchasing tickets.
