Although plot details of Beetlejuice 2 are still unknown, a set photo hints at the sequel paying off one of the first movie’s best jokes. After a long wait and a canceled sequel, the eccentric bio-exorcist Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton) is coming back in Beetlejuice 2, over 30 years after the release of his debut movie. Beetlejuice 2 is already charged with nostalgia with the return of Tim Burton as director, Keaton as the title character, Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz, and Catherine O’Hara as Delia Deetz, and it’s also introducing new and exciting characters.
