Tell me a bit more about your role in Born Royals?

My character is called Princess January. She was “palace schooled” in Luxembourg which is just a royal way of saying “homeschooled”. She is a bubbly, full of life, type A, over achiever. I love her to pieces and I feel like she is my alter ego. January is one of the new trainees for the Secret Society and throughout the movie, the audience gets to fall in love with her and want her to succeed.

What about this role were you drawn to?

The word princess, I mean, who doesn’t want to be a Disney Princess! I was drawn to the fact that January has this lust for life and always sees the positive side of everything. She wants to befriend everyone and help people see the best part of any situation. I fell in love with her because at the core of her being, she was just a normal girl with normal girl problems. As you’ll find out when you watch the movie, her motivation behind the decisions she makes is multi layered and relatable.

How is this character different from you in real life?

She actually isn’t very different to me. I’m a bubbly, full of life, type A, over achiever who wants to make the best of every situation. I’m positive and like befriending people too. Don’t forget that we both have a British accent as well. She is essentially my spirit animal. I am different from her because I did not grow up in a palace in Luxembourg and I also don’t wear Louis Vuitton or Gucci clothes as my casual everyday wear.

Where did you film?

We filmed in Toronto, Canada, late winter coming into spring. Winter lasted a long time and it  snowed a little bit while we were there. Regardless, it was absolutely beautiful and on the weekends we weren’t working, we made trips to places like Canada’s Wonderland and Niagara Falls. We really became locals since we were living in the center of downtown.

How was it on set? Did you have a BFF on set?

Set was fabulous and I was entranced every day I was there. I had to keep pinching myself to remind me that I was on the set of a Disney movie and that I was a princess. I got to see my name on the call sheet everyday and my name on my trailer, it fell unreal the entire time. I still wake up and can’t believe that I was part of this amazing project and so fortunate to be able to be in the movie. My BFF was Miss Olivia Deeble who plays Princess Roxanna. I actually went to visit her in Australia this past Christmas and New Year and I stayed with her for three weeks. She showed me all around her favorite places and introduced me to her family and friends. She is one of my favorite people in the whole wide world and I wish she lived in LA. Olivia please come and live here.

Who’s someone you would love to work with on a project?

That would have to be Julie Andrews. I’m a die hard Mary Poppins and Sound of Music fan. I love her to pieces. I would implode if I met her and wouldn’t know what to say. I think I would just start blubbering. I’d be honored to work with her on a project, maybe as relatives! She is very talented and I admire her hugely.

How have you been staying busy in these weird times?

I’ve been really trying to be productive in every aspect of my life. I’ve been trying to write more music and work on my vocal skills. I’m studying my pilot’s license books because I’m training to be a pilot. I’ve also been writing a pilot for a new show I’m pitching. I’m spending my time brainstorming and working on IGTV and YouTube shows, these consist of a cooking show, an interview show, a podcast and a travel show. While we are in quarantine, the travel show is shot by using a green screen and stock footage. It is possible to travel and learn about the world even when you’re stuck inside.

What's your beauty routine?

This is my favorite question, I have an extensive beauty routine with lots of different masks, exfoliators, serums and oils. I do a light cleanse in the morning followed by moisturizer and SPF. At night is where it gets interesting. Neutrogena has a calming acne cleanser that is great for deep cleaning your pores. Then I use witch hazel toner to tone my face. I use the Neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer with hyaluronic acid, the retinol cream by CeraVe, then last but not least, my Khiels midnight recovery oil. I am obsessed with skin care, it’s a habit of mine.

How can fans reach out to you via social media?

I’m available on, as my mum says on her voicemail, all platforms. Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and I do have a Tik Tok but I don’t know how to do the dances so it will be entertaining to watch. My Instagram is the easiest way to reach me, comment on my posts or tag me in things because I love talking to my followers and fans. @isabella_b_t

Any other projects do you care to promote for 2021?

I’m actually producing a lot of projects with my entertainment company Mother & Daughter Entertainment so I’ll be working on those projects this year and next year. A movie I shot called “Evie Rose” will be released later 2020 so keep an eye out for that. When it comes to acting it’s such a crazy time right now and we don’t know exactly what’s going to be happening with the industry but when I book something I will be filming that! As soon as we are allowed back on sets I can guarantee that’s where I’ll be spending my time. As far as music, I will be working on an album and writing new tracks to release over the next year.
