Brooks (producer) and Kelly Fremon Craig (director). The film is set to hit theaters nationwide.

How old are you and did you come from an entertainment background?

I’m 15 years old and I guess you can say I’m from an entertainment background. My mom has been an actress since I was born and she taught me most everything I know! My amazing Grandma makes documentary films and my cousin is a producer on Jimmy Kimmel. So I guess it does kind of run in the family!

When did you know you wanted to become an actor? Did you get discovered?

I was about 4 years old when I started modeling and commercials , but stopped around 6 years old. When I was about 11, I went to one of my mom’s red carpet premieres and Chad Michael Murray was there, he came up to me and told my mom and I that I had  some kind of spark and it seemed like I was meant for the entertainment industry, I should be on-screen.  That made me think and so I decided  I should get back into it, I haven’t looked back since!

What's the best thing about being an actor? Do you have any other talents that we wouldn't expect you to have?

oh! One of my favorite parts about acting is meeting all the new people and amazing people on-set, off-set, behind the scenes, etc. The fact that you get to travel is a plus as well!  I have met the most wonderful people on the film, "Are You There God? It’s me, Margaret," they are all my family now.  Other talents?  I love playing the guitar, go mountain biking and I do parkour!

What is a day in your life like am to pm?

Haha! Well, as of right now I’m currently spend most of my mornings doing online school. I also start my day by meditating and listen to podcasts on how to be successful and stay positive. I spend time with my dogs, Nova and Bruce. I love to study my favorite actors and film, I’m just trying my best to make it to the top! I also do auditions, going over my scripts and make sure I keep up on my acting craft.

Let's talk about your new role in Judy Blume's "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret?"

Let’s! I play Philip Leroy ,who is the heartthrob in the book and film. He’s not the nicest to the girls,  but all of them like him anyway. I believe Philip is  an important lesson in Margret’s journey in this film. He also is her first kiss and that is something everyone remembers!

What do you think people are going to love about the movie once it's released?

I believe the movie will really connect with  a good amount of young girls, especially those around the same age as Margaret, but  I do have a feeling that this film will make them feel a lot more comfortable about who they are and what they’re going through. I do feel that this  film is  for those of all ages, families, boys, etc. It will definitely spark some amazing nostalgia for those who have already gone through the stages of Margaret.   Plus Kathy Bates is so good and just hilarious in the film! Abby is the perfect Margaret! The director Kelly Fremon Craig did such an amazing job with Judy Blume’s iconic book.

Are Any other projects you care to share with us?

I shot a show called Tulsa King with Max Casella and Sylvester Stallone, that was an incredible experience! Not sure if, or when my character will be coming out,  but the experience was like no other!

Auditions and  projects are always in the works and  hope to share soon!
