In the winter, you’ll obviously want to have a little heating, but in general you’ll find that keeping cool is more important in a gym than the heating working well.

As long as you do that, you’ll find that you are much more likely to end up fitter and happier, and you will be in a position where you are going to have a much better feeling about your body too.
