How long have you been a songwriter and singer? And I see you also are an actress? What do you enjoy best? 
I have been doing music since I was 4 years old.  I’m trained vocally, and I also play guitar and piano.  I was probably about 10 years old when I wrote my first song.  I love singing and acting equally.  It would be hard for me to say which I like better. I just love performing. 
 
Your new single ‘Bad’  who wrote it, and what is the meaning behind it? 
The song was written by myself, Alma Goodman, Sung Il Hong, and Sangbeom Cho. The original version was nothing like it is now. I came across the song and said, “Hey, let’s rewrite this and make it my story.” At the time it was written,  I was being severely bullied by my peers, mothers, and faculty at my school.  So it felt amazing to write a sassy comeback song and stand up for myself. 
 
What would you call your signature style as an artist?
 I am definitely sassy and like to push boundaries. At least for now...that could change over the years. My sound is a mix of  K-Pop, Pop, Rap, and Hip-Hop. 
 
What would you love to sing a duo with in the future as a collaboration?
I’m a huge fan of Ariana Grande, and so that would be a dream collaboration.
 
 Let me know what  inspires you songwriting, and what's the process for you to complete a song?
 My emotions really inspire my writing.  I write songs about things I am going through.  I’m not one to write sad songs or love songs.  Maybe I will but right now songwriting is a way for me to process my feelings.  I am in a phase currently where I am writing confident, bold, and sassy songs. I imagine my music will change as I go through different phases of life. 

 
Do you also write music?
Yes, I do, but I have not done much of that lately.  I’ve only written lyrics and gotten more involved in production. This EP was the first time I was in creative control of my music and really owned the way it sounded. 
 
What's your least favorite type of music and why? And your favorite, and why?
I am not a fan of heavy metal at all! Sorry to all the heavy metal fans out there. My favorite is pop music. But I also like Rap, Hip-Hop, and K-Pop.  
 
Do you plan on having any cameos as an actress, or do you have any projects lined up?
What's your favorite movie of all time?
I do hope to do more acting in the future, but right now music is my priority. So, I put acting on hold. My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It’s such a tragic yet romantic film.

What do you have coming up for 2022 to watch out for and where can fans reach out to you  via social media now?

2022 is unknown for me.  I plan on being in the studio and making more music.  I’m sure I will be filming more content, and we will see what opportunities open up for me.  I’d love to do a tour!
