From October 6th through 9th, Prime Video will invite NYCC attendees to step into the world of 2032 right inside the Javits Center. Appearing as a normal strip mall outpost, the Forever Fab 3D print shop storefront is more than meets the eye.
Based on William Gibson’s best-selling novel The Peripheral, the sci-fi thriller series centers on Flynne Fisher (Moretz), a woman trying to hold together the pieces of her broken family in a forgotten corner of tomorrow's America until the future comes calling for her.
Guests will follow signs prompting them to “see the future printed before their eyes” and enter Forever Fab print shop. Inside, they’ll hear the thrum of 3D printers and see items from the year 2032 come to life– from 3D printed candies to Flynne’s iconic Peripheral headset. As they make their way toward the back, they’ll see surveillance cameras and someone from the future that urges them toward an unknown “sim.” As the messages grow more urgent, guests will realize that the future has something more in store for them.
The Forever Fab 3D Print Shop will be open daily at NYCC inside the Javits Center from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. EST.
